Sphere Newsletter April 2014

Another year is whizzing past and as we approach the end of Q1 we can all start to see what shape 2014 is taking for us and our businesses.

On the recruitment front it has been a very very busy start to the year with a high demand for candidates across the board.  The markets we hire in are always busy as we source "tough to find" candidates.  Yet there are some areas that have been particularly busy.  To this extent I would make a special mention to the increased demand for people in mobile and also business intelligence and analytics - where we see an ever increasing demand.  A quick look at the level of jobs that we are receiving from clients and we can see that, in each of our sectors, there are some strong themes.

Ad Technology:
Analytics and BI. Optimisation and Campaign Management. Account Management.  And mobile as a platform

Analytics and BI. Optimisation and Campaign Management. Mobile

Client Side and Brand:
Analytics and BI and Mobile Commerce especially mobile Project Management

Media Owners and Publishers:
Analytics and BI and Programmatic buying roles (Optimisation and Campaign Management and Sales)

From what we have seen and hear business has been good and businesses are growing.  If you have any questions about your industry sector or any specific candidate market, please do get in touch.
