The Job

One of the fastest growing areas of Advertising in the UK is social media, and this agency were the first to create an in-house specialist department. The existing team sits as a Centre of Excellence within the wider global network.

The team concentrates on social network advertising self-serve platforms and third-party IPA technologies, particularly on Facebook and Twitter. With a wide range of international clients, our services are in high-demand.

You will lead a team of over 20 (and growing) paid social specialists, reporting to the Head of Biddable Media.  You and your team will develop innovative social media campaigns across our UK and EMEA client portfolio.


ü  You will have very solid (7+ years) experience in digital media, ideally from a media agency or a digital specialist agency. Over the last couple of years you will have specilised in social media, specifically managing large-scale, performance-driven accounts

ü  You have a genuine passion and interest for digital media; you have a desire to drive innovation and are always up to date on the latest industry developments.

ü  Experience and confidence to bring a step-change to our paid social team, driving integration with the other departments in the agency.

ü  You will have experience in working across other biddable channels, including Demand Side Platforms, Paid Search, Google Display Network.

ü  You have very strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse raw data, draw insights and develop actionable recommendations.
