The Job

Using a balance of business insight and technical knowledge, Client Delivery Analysts interpret customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions, whilst executing the necessary processes to deliver data products and information to customers (clients). Working as part of a service delivery team, key responsibilities include the account management of database inputs/outputs, change management, invoicing, client reporting and data analysis & manipulation. Identifying opportunities for up-sell of additional products or services to clients will be integral to the role as will liaison with the client.
