My client is an award winning dedicated paid search marketing agency. Its sole aim is to help clients maximise the potential of their online marketing.

You will play an integral role in shaping the RTB offering whilst delivering on the campaigns for top tier clients.
The key outcomes for the role of Optimisation Manager are:
Head of Display is supported in developing an agency RTB offering that is market leading and differentiated.
Junior team members are high performing; their RTB expertise and capability are nurtured and developed.
RTB processes and the delivery framework are defined and rolled out across the display team.
All display ‘Planning & Buying’ & ‘Campaign Setup’ activities are delivered
Client briefs are accurately recorded and campaigns planned accordingly.
Display media plans are created and sold into clients, with high quality insights and rationale to support such plans.
Media plans are integrated with Paid Search (where relevant).
Media is bought according to the media plan (Inc. IO management & reconciliation).
Campaigns are trafficked and adserved with error free execution.
Media deals are successfully negotiated with media owners.
‘Campaign Management’ and ‘Account Development’ is market leading
Multiple accounts & strategies are managed according to agency best practice.
Campaigns are regularly optimised and client goals are met.
New ideas and opportunities to improve campaign performance are regularly shared with the client.
Campaign issues are diagnosed and resolved.
Client accounts grow through account development.
- Experience of delivering programmatic campaigns, preferably through DoubleClick
- Experience of using and understanding adservers, preferably using DFA/DoubleClick Campaign Manager.
- Experience of managing multiple campaigns and client relationships.
- A thorough understanding of the display industry.
- A thorough understanding of client side analytics packages such as Google Analytics and tracking.
- Comfortable working with data to drive insights and recommendations.
