The Company

A global digital brand is looking for a Senior Retention Manager to join their global, B2C marketing team to drive customer loyalty and retention. You will be responsible for implementing and developing marketing activities to attract digital and print subscription customers across all markets. You will have an understanding of effective customer loyalty techniques and experience in retention, helping our client grow in brand status and presence.

The Job

·         Develop and manage a loyalty strategy including growth budget and engagement

·         Monitor retention activity leading some overseas teams

·         Develop mobile plans

·         Work with other teams to increase loyalty and retention activities

·         Report on analytics and plan budgets

Desired Skills and Experience


·         Proved experience of direct marketing activities

·         Customer loyalty expertise in the publishing sector

·         Excellent communication, numerical and analytical skills

·         Highly collaborative with great energy and initiative

·         Good at managing multiple projects ensuring everything is delivered in a timely manor
