Our client is a growing technology business that is looking to strengthen its client services team. They use payment data to help marketeers at some of the biggest bands in the UK make more relevant and measurable marketing campaigns.
There are one of the fastest growing companies in the US with plans to replicate that here in London.
Act as a primary point of contact for advertisers.
Understanding the capabilities and services of the business and effectively communicating this to advertisers
Set up and delivery of exceptional marketing campaigns
Continuous improvement of campaigns and delivery of post campaign analysis
Become an internal expert on advertiser businesses and their sectors to ensure that their needs and goals are represented within the business
Develop relationships with senior contacts within advertising companies
Provide detailed post campaign reviews, liaising with internal teams to develop data led results and recommendations
- 3+ years account management and/or online media planning and buying
- Strong analytical skills
- Heavy attention to detail
- First class client service
- Excellent communication skills and business writing
- Effective project management skills
- Excellent time management
- Experience in taking ownership of a project and seeing it through to completion
- Skilled negotiator
