They are a performance-based mobile advertising agency founded in 2011 based in China but now expanding into Europe.
Their main objective is to drive app developers on advertising and monetisation. The company is currently bridging a fundamental gap between China, and the western world. They help Chinese developers expand globally and, likewise, Western developers to enter the Chinese market.
- As part of our growing global product offering, we are currently looking for a Business Development Director – Monetization for their European headquarters in Berlin (or remote based), to build partnerships with leading mobile app/game developers.
- Full responsibility of the entire monetization solutions sales cycle, from lead generation to closing new publishers to managing the long-term relationship with existing publisher
- Formulate and execute the European game/app publishers strategic Sales & Marketing Plan, with a long-term goal to establish the company as a preferred monetization solution vendor for game/app developers
- Individual contributor role with an opportunity to recruit and build a team as the next step
- Close collaboration with different divisions in the global organization to assure constant development of services tailored to game/app publishers’ need
- Work closely with the SSP R&D team to constantly innovate the in-house monetization tools, by identifying trending market requirements
- Must have experience in working with game/app developers on inventory monetization
- Extensive knowledge of monetization products used by Facebook/Google/MoPub or other major players in the market
- Existing network with game developers is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate effectively across all levels
