What makes these guys super exciting is that they have the stability and structure of a large and successful organisation but still retain the agile and entrepreneurial nature of a start up. This means you will be able to develop and grow with the company whilst still having plenty of flexibility in the role.
It is a very strategic sales role as it will require plenty of research to devise how you best approach and build relationships within enterprise organisations. This means it’s a long tail sell (not transactional in anyway) but you get to close large deals which is great for your commission.
The comms plan really incentives success as everything over your target gets double commission!
The tech is something all large organisations need, a solution that helps them build content creating and you will be focusing on selling their typography solution. You will notice this is really important when it comes to branding.
You will be working very closely with your own SDR to build relationships with multiple stakeholders in enterprise organisations, then with the pre-sales team go pitch the technology and get the deal closed.
- Build, pitch and close – it’s a 360 consultative sales role where you will oversee going out and getting the deals over the line
- Plenty of research, building up a good case study for clients and finding needs before you approach them
- Putting together demos, pitches, RFP/RFIs ect – you will be qualifying clients (with SDRs and pitching the solution
- Closing and hitting a revenue target
- Manage large complex deals
- Be the face of the company by going to events and staying up to date with the market and products
- At least 2 years full closing experience selling a SaaS solution, ideally 2-3 years closing with a total of 5 years sales experience in SaaS
- Happy to work on long tail sales deals, you won’t be closing deals every month and must be happy to build up to closing large deals over many months
- Interested in selling creative typography tech
- You utilise a consultative sales process
- Happy to do a full 360 sales process from lead gen to close
- Have closed 50 to 100k SaaS deals sizes
- Must have UK market experience ideally coming with a network
