Client Service Account Director - Integrated Agency (Media & Creative)- London

This agency is within one of the biggest network agencies in the UK. They are a fully integrated and have a media and creative team. They pride themselves in achieving exceptional service for their clients.

You will work as an extension of the client- providing a consultative approach for a prestigious automotive client.

The Job

As the Account Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading day-to day client contact and comfortable building a strong relationship and trust with the client
• Interrogating client briefs and working closely with planning team to structure effective responses.
• Working on adaptations on briefs for the client
• Managing projects and making sure internal teams are in line with client's KPIs

You

• CRM experience is a must have
• Experience in an integrated or creative agency
• Have an understanding of the consumer journey
• Ability to take ownership of client accounts and create strong client relationships
• Ability to manage and balance projects in an efficient way
• Must be able to work in an ever changing, dynamic environment with a passionate and agile mindset.
• Strong communicator and presenter that can simplify the media world to client
• Ability to prioritize workload and be organized with a strong attention to detail
