We are hiring for a Client Success Manager for a UK headquartered Advertising Technology business. They're looking for someone who has experience in managing relationships with agencies and advertisers, ideally within digital advertising.
You will look after the businesses tier 1 relationships and help to retain & grow these accounts.
- Manage, grow and retain multiple key accounts,
- Exceed monthly/quarterly and annual growth targets through up-selling and cross-selling
- Ensure delivery against key performance metrics while expanding and renewing existing accounts.
- optimize live campaigns
- Troubleshoot technical issues with the help of the ad operations & product teams.
- Conduct regular Quarterly business reviews
- Accurate quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery
- Relevant experience in a Client Success / Account Management role either within digital advertising or SaaS technology
- Successful track record in meeting or exceeding assigned individual growth quota
- History of managing and growing high 6-figure to 7-figure deals
- Excellent oral and written communications skills including strong presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of solution/consultative selling.
- Great attention to detail
- Strong team player
