Data driven marketing solutions are often complex, but working with a partner to deploy them should be simple. My client is not a technology or data company claiming to understand marketing.
They’re marketers first. By way of their associated Media Agency, they come from creative, media, public relations, direct response and other core marketing disciplines to offer solutions that solve marketing problems.
Reporting to the Director of Platforms EMEA, the Junior Data Analyst is responsible for the timely and accurate collection of data within the EMEA Platforms Team’s “DataHub” product. This involves interacting with client teams, using media systems or working with developers to gather data on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Working on major accounts, the Junior Data Analyst will use technical tools such as MS SQL, Excel, Alteryx and ETL tools to load, store, process and validate the accuracy of the data collected. Secondary job areas include, visualisation of data using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI, Domo and Excel.
- Outstanding Excel skills
- Exposure to relational databases, ideally using SQL Server or AWS databases
- Ideally database process development, i.e Stored Procedures
- Good mathematical qualification to a higher level
