My client are a leading Social Media Agency who are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to work on a Consumer Tech client. You will be responsible for planning, influencing and executing social media campaigns. This is a leadership role that focuses on organic social marketing, content creation, insights, community management and customer services.

You will be reporting into the Head of Marketing

The Role:

• Develop and implement a compelling social media strategy in collaboration with the broader team.
• Present regular analysis and KPI reports to illustrate campaign performance, highlighting key insights, market trends, and future opportunities.
• Proactively assess team and stakeholder disciplines to ensure effective planning and processes across escalation protocols, PR initiatives, content creation, and product security.
• Represent social media interests in campaign planning, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies and achieving campaign objectives effectively within the social media space.

You:

• Demonstrated experience in formulating and executing social media strategies and business plans across various platforms, including paid, earned, and owned media.
• Proficiency in team leadership and development.
• Proven track record in managing substantial budgets exceeding £1 million annually.
• Strong ability in managing multiple stakeholders, with exceptional communication skills for presentations, reporting, and influencing.
• Expertise in insights and analytics, encompassing reporting, social media analytics, and listening tools.
