You will act as the bridge between the marketing and tech teams in order to take ownership of automated comms across various channels. You will need strong knowledge of technical API and SFTP integration as well as the experience with reporting and monitoring tools that enable company reporting on campaign ROI.
- Take ownership for the automated comms infrastructure and stability across company brands.
- Implement reporting, monitoring and safety controls which ensure we have good visibility of automated comms volume and performance.
- Take ownership of devising an optimisation plan to improve effectiveness and engagement of customer communications.
- Take responsibility for the set-up, branding and content updates of email content required by client facing teams.
- Produce regular recommendation-based reports that enable the marketing team to optimise customer communication journeys across all touchpoints.
- Support the technical development of additional customer marketing channels i.e. SMS, push, whatsapp, social media etc.
- Technical marketing experience at a similar level with an ecommerce led business.
- Sound experience with CRM / ESP tools.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience managing automated customer lifecycle journeys.
- Proactive and goal-orientated.
- Ability to develop effective long-term working relationships at all levels within the business.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and best practice.
