A heritage consumer electronics brand with a global footprint who are going through a digital transformation are now looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to take a lead role and champion their membership programme.
You will be the CRM Expert managing the membership programme for the company’s professional customers whilst always looking for opportunities and generating leads.
- Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Grow and monetize the base while improving the quality and depth of customer information
- Manage key agencies and third parties
- Champion the CRM within the organization
- Manage and work with stakeholders across the business: data and analytics, campaign and channel marketing, ecommerce, customer experience, content and pro marketing
- Ability to create and deliver direct communications strategies and plans with an international brand
- Experience with campaign management tools
- Campaign performance metrics and web analytics
- Good understanding of EU data protection and privacy laws
- Business/Marketing degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience working across EMEA or an international environment preferable
