This position is ideal for a Junior CRM executive seeking the next step in their career in an innovative environment. The role will be accountable for facilitating the collaboration between the local marketing , design and commercial teams with the aim of delivering engaging CRM campaigns and supporting global, strategic objectives.
- Execute multi-channel marketing strategies
- Managing email and SMS campaigns
- Planning ad-hoc campaigns and programs
- Designing, building and maintain email and SMS templates
- Driving AB testing on campaigns
- Measuring and communicating on performance
- Managing transactional/promotional emails
- Managing web push notifications
- MUST be a native French level speaker
- 1-2 years’ experience in a CRM role with email experience
- Experience using a major ESP
- Sound understanding of email technology platforms, web analytics and customer databases
- Experience with email coding in HTML and CSS
