As the CRM Executive, you will be the person implementing the CRM for the business. Reporting directly to the CRM Manager, you will also look at the automation for the business. Key duties will include:
- Implementing the CRM campaigns end-to-end and
- Working with the CRM Manager on the strategy.
- Focusing on the customer engagement and email campaigns
- Working with the marketing team to improve the customer lifetime value
- Building and maintaining key lifecycle campaigns
- A background in CRM and email marketing (Ideally in a company that is subscription based.)
- Good knowledge of CRM and experience with email campaigns from start to finish
- Experience in segmentation and targeting
- End-to-end campaign management and knowledge of at least 1 ESP
- Degree qualified
- Knowledge of HTML
