Operating from a flexible and collaborative space in London, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to spearhead the customer acquisition channels for a fantastic, growing business.
You will be tasked with helping drive the delivery of a best in class CRM strategy, alongside the implementation of new platforms. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the management and optimisation of the customer journey.
- Planning and delivering the CRM strategy with personalised segmentation at the heart t ensure relevant and targeted communications
- Be a key-stakeholder in CRM transformation, facilitating all communications and objectives of the strategy and ensuring GDPR compliance
- Mapping, maintaining and optimising the customer journey to deliver an on-brand, seamless customer experience at each stage of the customer lifecycle
- managing the set up and delivery of key communications in order to facilitate the customer journey – both triggered/automated
- Setup and manage to an agreed reporting structure across sales funnel, target segments and down to triggered/campaign communication.
- Proven experience in a CRM role
- Previous experience managing ESPs
- Experience developing successful B2C integrated CRM or campaigns communications
- Solid stakeholder management experience
- Creative thinker
