This exciting new opportunity will be working for one of the world’s biggest property sharing brands who operate across over 20 countries in multiple languages. The aim is to provide a simple solution to international accommodation issues that have arisen for the modern traveller.
You will be part of a team that is constantly iterating, solving problems and working together to offer the global community a smarter way of travelling. As the CRM Manager you will be required to work with various internal stakeholders across multiple disciplines to create a rich, best in class service.
- Working closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver a global CRM strategy and roadmap
- Build collaborative relationships with all marketing teams to gain a great understanding of customer insight, segmentation and analysis
- Design and build automated CRM flows that can be replicated in various international markets
- Customer journey mapping
- Keep on top of new developments and trends in CRM
- Demonstratable experience in a similar role
- Excellent planning, analytical skills and project management
- Experience in customer segmentation
- Experience in creating and managing large-scale email campaigns
- Experience with leading ESP
- Knowledge of GDPR and best practice
