As the CRM Manager, you will be the person driving the CRM for the business focusing on strategy and implementation for the businesses CRM. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will also look at the automation for the business. Key duties will include:
- Building and maintaining key lifecycle campaigns
- Developing the CRM strategy for the business including the management of the automation campaigns
- Focusing on the customer engagement
- Working with the marketing team to improve the customer lifetime value
- Strong experience in a strategic CRM role ideally in a company that has been through a start-up phase
- Good knowledge of CRM and experience with managing campaigns end-to-end
- Experience in segmentation and targeting
- Degree qualified
- Understanding of HTML, CSS and SQL
