I am working with one of the world’s most innovative and specialist performance marketing agency, they are looking for a Graduate to optimise their Customer Experience journey.
With offices in both New York and London, the business delivers digital marketing solutions to some of the world’s most renowned clients including, Soundcloud, The Wall Street Journal, The Times and Zipcar. They use the most advanced technology to ensure customers are achieving a better experience, consumer insight and business intelligence.
As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Identify and solve issues in the customer journey across multiple platforms
- Ensure clients revenue is optimised
- Plan and design solutions – including tests and product design
- Analysing website traffic
- Increasing customer engagement around a client’s product or service
- UX skills to wireframe ideas
- Review content
- Become an expert on all things digital related
- University Degree level educated 2:1 or above
- Experience in marketing or eCommerce beneficial
- An interested in the digital media and advertising space
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Out of the box thinker
- Comfortable multi-tasking
- Competent using Microsoft Office
