A leading global SaaS startup is recruiting a Customer Success Consultant to join their office in Boston. This is a new role which has come about due to rapid growth. The company has just received series B funding and offers lots of perks, including a relaxed work environment, fast career development and remote working.
As a Customer Success Consultant you will work with new customers to onboard them onto the platform.
This will involve offering tips and best practice to help customers optimise the platform for their use.
No prior experience or technical knowledge is needed as full training will be given. This role would suit someone with excellent communication and customer service skills as well as an interest in technology.
- Onboard, train and educate new customers on the platform
- Identify customer needs and understand their business and requirements
- Assist customers with implementing and optimising the platform and offer tips and best practice advice
- Contribute to onboarding process improvements
- Achieve maximum customer satisfaction and offer the best possible service
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in a customer facing or customer support role
- B2B SaaS experience would be a big advantage
- An interest in technology and innovative software
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong relationship building skills
- Good problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
