Customer Success Manager - SaaS Retail Digitalisation platform

My client is an exciting tech start up, headquartered in London, who provide a platform for the digitalisation of retail space. The client provides leading global brands such as Mulberry and Citroen with a solution to work closely with each individual store to manage and monitor their displays. They are now looking for a talented Account Manager to join their Customer Success Management team.


The Job

  • This role will be responsible for the management of a customer portfolio following the implementation of their solution
  • You will manage and grow relationships with key clients and identify opportunities for improvement with the solution
  • This role will provide technical and analytical support to clients in order to optimise their use of the platform
  • You will feedback to the development team and work alongside other teams within the business to improve the solution based on market requirements



  • The ideal candidate will have Customer Success/ Account Management experience.
  • Experience working with clients in retail is a plus.
  • You will have a strong analytical/ technical background.
  • You will have great communication skills, a passion for technology and the ability to work both autonomously and well within a team.
  • A second language is a bonus
