Digital Marketing Director - Ad-Tech

An exciting Ad-Tech start-up, who are taking the world of Mobile Journey Marketing by storm, are looking to bring a digital expert into the business to take their UK offering to the next level. Founded in 2014, this business already work with over 1000 of the world’s best-known brands and the their technology is integrated into thousands of apps and publishers across the globe.

 

The Job

  • Run global paid digital marketing campaigns to drive demand gen and acquisitions
  • Create and deliver compelling lead generation, lead nurture and brand awareness campaigns across a variety of channels
  • Own all digital marketing projects - budgets, performance and ROI
  • In collaboration with sales and content team, create and execute email strategy
  • Coordinate and track SEO and SEM campaigns working with the Global Content Manager based on keyword research
  • Use digital channels (owned, earned and paid) to increase number of active publishers
  • Run, promote and monitor performance of PPC, LinkedIn Ads, Paid Social, Retargeting
  • Run customer lifecycle, CRM, drip campaigns to increase customer retention rate, upsell and loyalty
  • Set up marketing automation campaigns for lead generation, and existing customers retention
  • Grow marketing-qualified leads by converting website traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and demand generation campaigns
  • Build lead scoring systems, audience segments, client/publisher profiles
  • Champion best practices and data governance for the marketing automation

 

You           

  • 7+ years of digital experience
  • An expert in digital marketing, performance marketing and paid media
  • A track record in sales pipeline creation through lead generation programmes
  • Demand generation/CRM/marketing automation tools experience, Hubspot experience essential
  • An understanding of media, advertising, mobile ad-tech industries preferable
  • Experience developing social media and digital marketing strategy required
  • Strong experience in managing campaigns across a variety of tools
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
  • Experience of Google Adwords, Linkedin and facebook advertising
