The Job

As a Digital Planning Account Manager, you will sit in within the agency’s’ specialist planning unit and oversee delivery of digital planning activity for one of the UK’s largest banks. You’ll have senior level responsibilities for defining and evolving digital strategies that will help deliver their business objectives.  To achieve this, you’ll work closely with a team of digital specialists, being responsible for leading and organising the wider teams to deliver best in class work for your client.  In addition, your role is to inspire, innovate and drive creativity for the optimal output for your client.

You will serve as a core source of information for the wider agency and for your clients, driving deep integration before all other client teams within the agency. Alongside this you’ll have a keen sense of commercial awareness, helping identify revenue opportunities both within digital performance and broader opportunities from wider additional services.



  • Expert in core channels Programmatic, Display and Video
  • Strategic level understanding of all digital specialisms
  • Planning rigour and frameworks
  • Team organisation
  • Commercial understanding and grasp of broader agency additional services
  • Cross channel integration experience
  • AdTech and data knowledge inc. recommending and implementing
  • Finance and/or banking experience preferable but not essential
