This long established media agency is owned and run by the management.
All of their campaigns are with the music industry in live events, album releases and festivals.
Working with these fast paced entertainment clients, you will be creating campaigns for quick turn arounds and high demand. You will need to be on your toes and proactive with your clients.

As the leading media agency for this category they have made a name for themselves by being the best in a niche industry. Chief task here is to maximise performance for their clients and make sure campaigns are well set up and optimised.
In this digital specialist team you will have the opportunity to work with other Executives and Managers within this flat structure to develop your strong digital background and understanding of digital. This is a chance to join a team that are sociable and outgoing, who work hard, and progression is meritocratic. Reporting into a Head of Digital you will be responsible for campaigns and reporting to clients.

With this rare opportunity you will also be working with clients and developing strong relationships. Also you will be running, setting up, optimising and analysing campaigns.
Working with the agile team, you will ensure all work is accurate and managed efficiently. You will also work closely with experienced Account Managers who will share their expertise with you. This collaborative team environment ensures all members are always striving to be the very best.
With proven experience in a digital role previously you will fit easily into this team and be able to hit the ground running. With a Minimum of 12 months experience, your confident and conscientious manner will enable you to efficiently present to clients and you will have experience of presenting before.
With experience in paid social, biddable, paid search or display, you will be able to confidently set up campaigns an your own.
Desirable qualities but not essential is biddable or programmatic understanding, knowledge of search and working knowledge of adserving technology landscape.
Specifically you will have experience with:
- Digital campaign management
- Optimising and reporting on digital campaigns
- Experience of paid campaigns in Facebook as a minimum requirement
- Reporting, Booking and Billing of media campaigns
- Understanding of trafficking and reporting tools
- Presentation tools and experience presenting to either clients or teams previously
- Problem solving and working in a solutions focused manner
- Display campaign implementation
- Planning and buying media (preferably digital)
