Director of CRM – Ecommerce

A global Ecommerce brand require a Director of CRM/Customer Marketing to join their expanding digital team. This role would make part of the leadership team and will be responsible for developing and managing the CRM strategy for the business globally.

 

The Job

  • Develop and manage the CRM strategy for digital customers at each stage of the customer lifecycle
  • Work with BI to create a segmentation strategy within the customer database
  • Responsible for creating and reporting customer value KPI’s
  • Development of client management activities that drive greater engagement with the brand and drive more visits
  • Work with the insights team to develop a framework for reporting and monitoring of KPI’s
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to manage all client touch points in a ,measurable manner
  • Engage with the organisation to deliver a consistent customer experience and brand proposition throughout

 

You

  • Min 7 years CRM management from a digital/ecommerce led business
  • Passion for data driven marketing
  • Senior level stakeholder management and cross department engagement
  • Team management skills
  • Experience working with large digital databases
  • International experience
  • Experience creating compelling campaign proposals and presenting at a senior level
