A high growth Tech start-up in Paris is seeking a Head of Affiliates. This company is one of the fastest growing Tech Start-ups in France and due to HUGE recent funding are looking to double in size. This is a key role for the team where you will work directly with the VP of E-Commerce and have a direct impact on the growth strategy of the company. The Head of Affiliates would also have an excellent opportunity to grow a team from the ground up and take ownership of the division. You would be managing one initially with scope to grow.
- Lead strategic marketing partnerships with key players in the industry (media sites, exchanges, services,..).
- Manage relationship with 3rd party affiliation platform & improvement of in-house affiliation platform
- Manage a team of affiliate managers / growth marketing associates that are working on the day to day management of the 1000+ affiliate partners (content, customer support, etc…)
- Develop incentive strategy and improve the performance of the team and our affiliate network.
- Develop a sales pitch and build a long-term strategy to fidelise our partners.
- 4-5+ year experience in Affiliate Marketing.
- Experience in a competitive environment such as gaming is advantageous
- Proven track record in successful entrepreneurial, sales, or partnerships experience
- Sales strategy and analytical skills
- Perfect English & knowledge of other international languages is a plus.
