Sphere Digital are excited to be working with one of the world’s leading Media Agencies. They are looking to expand their innovative Research and Insights department and are looking for a skilled Insights Manager to join the team!

This person will be working on a wide range of complex insight projects with some of their global Tier 1 clients including The Customer Insights Team sits in in the heart of company and is one of the most exciting and growing teams within he organisation.

The Job

  • Provide detailed research support to help guide future communication strategies for Tier 1 clients
  • Create award winning and insight driven research studies to help clients understand their consumers better
  • Complex Qualitative and Quantitative research techniques
  • Develop and mentor other Junior members of the Team
  • Build strong client relationships, and be the main research contact for client insight teams, relevant brand managers and media managers



  • At least 3-4 years’ experience in a research agency, media owner or media agency running research projects
  • Graduate degree or Masters or qualification in relevant field
  • Interested in all things consumer, media, technology and communications
  • Highly analytical
  • Ability and willingness to mentor and coach staff
