My client are a leading ecommerce website with 100’s of millions of impressions, reviews and visitations per month.
Through their NPD they are now launching new products to better target, inform and understand each consumer.
Working directly with the commercial and sales teams you will provide actionable insights on customer acquisition, subscription sales, campaign insights and retention.
- Leverage data driven analysis to provide insights on customer acquisition, subscription and retention.
- Work in partnership with the sales, commercial and insight side sales teams to provide ad hock insights on campaigns, pricing and subscription models.
- Analyse large data set using advanced SQL or PostgresSQL.
- Work with Product, strategy, insights, analytics and wider sales.
- Assist with touch decision making through data led insights.
- Analyse and produce insights from segmentation, customer acquisition, retention, pricing and marketing effectiveness.
- Created automated reports using Tableau or similar.
- 6-7 years experience in commercial or business analysis roles
- Advanced SQL or similar
- Previous and proven experience on working with commercial, sales and inside sales teams.
- Provide insights and analyse customer acquisition, subscription, retention or pricing.
- Experience from an online business, technology vendor or similar.
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience with big data is a plus – Hadoop or Hive.
