Sphere Digital are excited to be working with a Global Retail Brand and they are looking for a Strategic Analytics Manager to join the Loyalty Marketing Team.
This person will run the Analytics function and provide superior analysis and insights to the wider Customer Loyalty Team and senior stakeholders within the business.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the loyalty programme and loyalty propositions through development of clear data insight that drives strategy
- Recommend, Define and take ownership of analytical insight for Digital and Loyalty
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide in-depth and complex insights and analysis.
- Analysing a range of projects looking at consumer behaviour, customer experience, loyalty marketing and CRM.
- Expert experience in Loyalty or CRM analysis
- Extensive experience in providing strategic insights and recommendations from data
- Good working knowledge of writing data queries with SQL, Excel etc.
- Good experience with automated report tools such as Power BI & Tableau.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
