Sphere Digital are excited to be working with an innovative and award-winning Loyalty marketing company. They have a great central location and work with over 600 international brands in the Travel, Retail and Finance industry.
As a Market Research Analyst, you will play a key part in the team, supporting both senior and junior staff as well as working with clients to provide strategic insights into their customer behaviour.
- Analyse customer needs and consumer behaviour through research and data analysis.
- Provide global consumer and market analysis insights to clients.
- Build and manage strong internal and external client relationships.
- Manage entire research life-cycle from research design to insight presentation.
- Min 2- 3 years’ experience in a Research or Analyst role.
- Experience in using a range of analyses tools SPSS, R or Q and Tableau (any other data visualisation tool is accepted
- Experiencing using a variety of online survey tools such as Qualtrics/ SmartSurvey/ SurveyMonkey
- Ability to manage multiple projects
