The Job

  • Leading digital activity for client accounts.
  • Creating and developing client digital media strategies and planning supporting activity.
  • Create, manage and optimise campaigns across paid search, shopping, paid social, programmatic & display, digital video and audio channels.
  • Perform competitive analysis and identify opportunities to increase share.
  • Use various 3rd party (such as SEMrush, Google Ad Planner and Similarweb) and aip (such as aipaware, aipinsignts & Ad Monitor) tools and platforms to support these activities.
  • Analyse data to determine the effectiveness of digital media activity on channel and wider campaign performance.
  • Monitor performance and track digital media KPIs against benchmarks and targets.
  • Follow digital media trends and news and stay up-to-date with new developments and practices.
  • Coding and development capabilities preferable (e.g.Google Scripts, JavaScript, Python, etc); automate marketing processes and support the team in providing innovative tech solutions.
  • Communicating with clients to provide updates on the status of their campaigns and make suggestions to increase effectiveness when necessary

You

  • A minimum of 3 years agency experience managing enterprise paid search or paid socialncampaigns.
  • Google Certified Professional.
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ).
  • Working knowledge of other digital buying platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest.
  • An understanding of the programmatic landscape.
  • Strong communication skills - ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong data and analytics skills.
  • A performance driven mindset.
