The Job

My client have a large team of Search professionals based in the US, as well as a team they outsource reporting to in the Philippines. They are now looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join and launch their UK based Search team to function independently when needed to their US team.

As a Paid Search Specialist with this Start-Up agency, you will be taking full ownership over their AdWords and Bing accounts as well as working on some Paid Social campaigns as the company grows. You will work alongside the Head of Social in London as well as their Search team in the UK to grow the business, their accounts and the PPC team. 

The person right for this role is someone who has an entrepreneurial flair, is looking to take on more responsibility in their next role and be part of an agency which could easily grow to 20 people in the next year.



The ideal candidate will:

  • The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years’ experience running Paid Search campaigns ideally in an agency environment.
  • You should have excellent communication skills, a real drive to learn and a passion for making an impact.
  • A strong knowledge in all elements of Paid Search.
  • Ideally have experience working across Paid Social.
  • Experience managing multi-market campaigns and working with multiple clients.
  • Management experience is ideal.
  • An overwhelming passion to learn.
