This multiple award winning agency are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate PPC Account Director with a strong focus on client leadership, search strategy and team management. We are looking for someone passionate about search; enterprise technology, the evolution of the biddable landscape and at the cutting edge of bidding strategies.
As an Associate Director of Search, you will sit in within the digital department and work on campaigns for a variety of UK clients, across sectors from an enviable client portfolio. This spans strategy optimisation, client management and ensuring best in class campaign execution.
The role combines a both a search specialist mentality in terms of building a product but access to some of the UK’s leading brands through the agencies media planning and buying heritage. As an agency they are driven by courage, curiosity and optimism. Their people are curious in that they are constantly driven to learn more, courageous in that they are willing to share their ideas and optimistic in their approach to teamwork and support.
- 3+ years (at least 2 years in a management capacity) Search experience
- Highly motivated self-starter, who's able to manage their own workload and hit deadlines
- Ability to lead both clients and your own team
- Ability to manage and prioritise work flows and tasks in your team
- A passion for search
- Analytical skills including a comfort working with a range of PPC and biddable technologies
- Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Client Management skills with a proven track record of working with senior clients
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Detail focused and meticulous by nature
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Can manage numerous projects concurrently and consistently to deliver high-quality work to timescale (works well under pressure and to short deadlines)
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Team player working with multiple levels of management and peers
