Product Manager - High Growth Ad-tech Start-up

Our client, a leading international ad-tech start-up, is looking to recruit a Business Product Manger to join their growing analytics team based in their Berlin HQ. Founded in 2012, this forward thinking and entrepreneurial business is a real success story, now with 250+ employees and offices in 9 countries including San Francisco, New York and Tokyo.  


The Job

  • Driving ideas for products features based on understanding the ad-tech eco system
  • Work closely with UI/UX designer to assure easy to use application
  • Work close to advertisers and publishers
  • Requirement gathering
  • Creating roadmap and feature prioritization
  • Creating detailed feature description and user stories
  • Defining acceptance criteria’s



  • Experience in ad-tech is essential
  • At least 2 years of product manager experience.
  • Good knowledge of product life cycle features and user stories creation
  • Excellent communication and product marketing skills
  • Prior experience of campaign management operation is a plus
  • Tech understanding of data process and data structure is a plus
  • Good project management skills is a plus
  • SQL knowledge is a plus
