Our client is a leading ad-tech company who launched 5 years ago and now have over 100 employees globally.  They are hiring for a Programmatic Sales Director for their New York office.  They’re searching for a top performing sales professional who will look after a specific group of agency accounts.  Ideally, you’re someone who already has relationships with agencies, brands and trading desks.

The Job

  • Developing a solid understanding of the client’s product offering and how its differentiation can best serve your clients' needs.
  • Building relationships with multiple layers of decision makers in the programmatic buying cycle (in-house marketers, agencies, and trading desks)
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to qualified targets.
  • Working hand-in-hand with account managers to ensure accounts are being serviced properly and revenue is maximized
  • Acting as liaison between the market and our internal team to ensure our product continues to evolve with buyers' needs


  • 4+ years selling digital advertising related solutions to trading desks, agencies, and/or marketers (have references and contact list available)
  • Worked in the programmatic industry
  • Comfortable in a high-growth environment
  • Interpersonal: the confidence, positive attitude, etiquette, and collaborative nature needed to build personal relationships internally and externally
  • Presentation Acumen: exceptional storytelling skills and the ability to deliver winning, client-focused presentations
