Our client is one of the largest media companies with over 100 iconic brands. They have over 60 digital websites that reach nearly 150 million monthly users.

They also host a number of international events and are widely considered to be one of the sexiest brands to work for; with fantastic offices located in central London is this a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to further their career.
 

The Job

To manage and service integrated advertising campaigns, sponsorships and commercial solutions across multiple platforms, disciplines and properties, including print, digital, social and events.  Liaising directly with sales, editorial, digital and print production teams, external suppliers, clients and agencies, the Project Manager will ensure that:

  • all campaigns are delivered within contracted time frames and agreed budgets
  • best practice delivery methods are applied consistently across all platforms and the focus is always on campaign delivery as a whole
  • one team culture is created and maintained within a multi-disciplined cross-platform project management function
  • Implementation and day to day management of integrated advertising campaigns, sponsorships and commercial solutions across the designated portfolio, identifying and escalating potential delivery risks in a timely manner, and ensuring campaigns are delivered within existing processes and signed off by all parties.
  • Work with the relevant editorial and commercial production teams to ensure that all work with respect to delivering commercial solutions adhere to both time and budgetary guidelines. 
  • Demonstrate strong internal and external communication skills by giving a high quality client-facing service, building a strong ongoing relationship with clients, editorial and sales departments, and ensuring briefs are always fully and clearly communicated to production and editorial teams.
