As a RTB Account Manager, you will be working for a global programmatic ad tech business.
Their demand and supply platforms enable seamless transactions in a premium video marketplace, they are a market leader within the video ad tech space. As a RTB Account Manager you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and cultivating the “day-to-day” client relationships and delivering successful campaign results across all offerings.
- Establish, maintain and cultivate the “day-to-day” client relationships and delivering successful campaign results across all offerings (from managed service to open RTB to PMPs)
- Have a strong grasp of our platform, systems, product offerings, and partnerships to support consultation on campaign strategy and campaign delivery success
- Pro-actively introduce solutions/ideas to internal teams to help improve processes, workflow, client satisfaction, etc.
- Responsible for developing strong, effective working relationships with internal teams (sales, campaign delivery, ops, creative, etc.)
- Ability to lead client-facing presentations, calls, and product demos and own client touch points with key client contacts on campaign performance, pacing, insights, optimizations, etc.
- Own client reporting and updates/ touch points with key client contacts on campaign performance, pacing, insights, optimizations, etc.
- Digital programmatic experience a must (display/ mobile/ video platforms, trading desk) and understanding of DSP/ SSP and media agency landscape, including key segments on the Lumascape
- Minimum of 2-4 years prior experience within online marketing or digital media industry, programmatic platforms, trading/buying digital media, agency experience, managing digital ad campaigns, digital strategy, etc.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and work in fast paced, deadline driven environment
