Sales Director role - fast growing SaaS Startup Company in Berlin

The Job

  • Reporting directly to the founders and have full responsibility of the sales function
  • Gaining new business throughout Germany and the DACH region
  • Create and maintain strategic account management plans for high profile opportunities
  • Exciting chance to create, grow and develop an effective sales team
  • Ability to advance and implement your own personal sales strategy

 

You

  • 5+ years successful experience in SaaS Business Development and Sales
  • Strong communication skills, internally and externally
  • Thrive in an ambiguous startup environment
  • A solid understanding of market targets and budgets, car and IT industry and new business development
  • Strong experience with the digital culture, and knowledge of trends and innovation in the digital ecosystem
