- Cultivate relationships with agencies and clients in to the Swiss or Austrian market
- Gaining insight into their business, and providing solutions to their marketing goals
- Identify new business opportunities within territory across agency roster list
- Manage a pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rate and revenue booked
- Interact with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign management
- Ability to frequently travel to generate new business
- Provide feedback to the company on product offering and how to best service our advertiser's needs
- More than 2 years of digital sales experience
- Proven track record of success in the market
- Strong media agency contacts and network across enterprise brands
- Highly motivated team player with strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English & German or French
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce (CRM software)
