Sales Development Rep, New York City - Programmatic Audio Ad Tech - $60k -85K base + $20K bonus + benefits.

New York City based - 3 days in the office!

Must be NYC based and have existing SDR Experience.

The Company

My client is one of the new leaders in the Audio AdTech space with cutting edge Programmatic technology working for some very well-known brands.

Having various offices spread across multiple countries, they are looking to add to their tight-knit team over here in the US. Majority of their global revenue is coming from the US Market, therefore massive growth is expected to be had as they aim to double US team in size in the upcoming year.

This is an opportunity to work directly with the leaders in the business and have a lot of say in the direction of the business in start-up phase! They are looking for someone in an SDR position who can sell to Enterprise brands and Agencies, and play a critical role in continuing and bringing in new growth to their business. Recent hires have already made incredible deals in very short timeframes of them being there.

The role will have very fast progression to an Account Executive within 6-12 months!

The Role

As an SDR you will be:

  • Selling the company's innovative technology proposition to Enterprise Brands Direct & Agencies
  • Be the product expert and show the value of this to your clients regularly
  • Outreach to prospective clients according to set KPIs
  • Work with an Account Executive to meet with clients and close deals
  • Maintain and build upon relationships, continuing to network and secure new business
  • Consulting and educating contacts on the benefits of the product and how it can impact their campaigns
  • Pitching to and meeting with Agency programmatic partners
  • Provide training and support to your clients using the technology
  • Hit quarterly and yearly targets set

You

  • 1+ years in an SDR role or equivalent in Ad Tech
  • Ambitious and driven self-starter
  • Good knowledge of Programmatic and passionate about ad technology
  • A knowledge of RTB, DSPs, Ad Exchanges
  • Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and digital advertising
  • Fun, personable and intelligent with a desire to get ahead!
