The Job

As a Search Advertising Sales Lead, you will responsible for driving the growth of sponsored ads for key clients and agencies.  You will drive the transformational change in client / agencies’ sponsored ads investment strategy. You must have a deep and long-standing experience in search auction dynamics, keyword bidding, and measurement attribution, consultative approach, and deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, you will act as a strategy partner to your clients.



  • Ability to close sales and generate revenues with clients and top tier search agencies
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor
  • Proven track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
  • Presenting both over the phone and in person
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
  • Bachelor’s Degree


What would be ideal

  • Proven experience selling cost-per-click advertising (search engine marketing)
  • Ability to navigate data and leverage analytics to make decisions
  • Prior experience or certifications with other SEM programs
  • Experience growing a product to maturity through collaboration with Product teams
