- This role sits within the account management function and reports directly to the Enterprise Account Manager for either brands or agencies
- You will be responsible for managing clients’ accounts, renewing subscriptions and identifying opportunities to grow and develop these accounts
- Managing a client base of up to 40 leading brands you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships and retaining their custom
- This role sits within a fast-paced team that is divided into brands to provide specialist advice and strategy to their clients
- Degree level educated, either from a top 20 Uni or with a 2:1 minimum
- 3 year+ experience within account management or client success role within the SaaS industry
- Ideally within the marketing tech/social media space
- Commercially driven and tech savvy
- Key interest in social media
