The team of Programmatic specialists run campaigns for over one hundred clients using some of the most advanced ad tech tools and systems available. By focusing on developing its technology stack, creating exclusive inventory partners, deploying advanced analytics and having a fully scaled and operational team, this unit has grown into one of the largest buyers of programmatic media in Europe.


The Job

The role is within the specialist Audio and Video activation team working with many of the biggest brands in the UK.  You should have an interest, and experience of working in the digital media industry and experience using Demand Side Platforms.  Due to the level of data involved in this area, you must be confident with math’s and statistics. 

Programmatic is part of an industry movement that is permanently changing the way advertisers think about their customers and media planning.  This team don’t operate on the creative side of marketing, however, they sit in an inventive space with plenty of opportunities to experiment and try innovative ways of solving old problems. 

The role presents strong career progression opportunities as they look to expand and evolve within the digital marketing landscape.  The successful candidate will be responsible for their own portfolio of Video and Audio campaigns, will motivate and mentor junior team members and work with more senior team members to ensure performance and delivery of key client campaigns.



  • Preferably 1.5-2 years’ previous experience using Video/Audio Demand Side Platforms. Proficient in buying Trueview in AdWords and experience working with Media Owners a bonus
  • Strong & Confident with Mathematics and basic statistics
  • Strong analytical skills demonstrated, with examples
  • Capability to think laterally and define solutions to complex and unusual problems
  • Ability to identify ideal environment or audience data to reach a client’s customer
  • Degree or relevant qualifications for the role
