As the Performance Client Director in this department you will work with a client that the agency have been working with for 15 years plus who are a big home consumer brand. You will be responsible for the development and leadership of this team and clients alongside the senior agency leadership team.
The clients are data rich and so they will look to you to connect on and offline media, consumer insights and insure investment generates the best results. This is a performance media role so digital performance channels (Display, Affiliates, PPC) are core channels but you will also work across offline performance media (DRTV, Broadcast, Press) where you will be crafting effective media solutions.
Naturally you will have the ability to build strong rapport with your clients and make the senior clients trust you. You will be overseeing the output of strategy and aligning to the client’s business objectives and KPI’s. Key to this is delivering genuinely integrated work and media plans.
- Integral to this position is the background in performance media (DRTV, Display, Press, PPC etc.). You will impact the performance planning and be looking to take on this senior role in the team and contribute to the culture.
- Previous team management experience is key as you will have a team under you initially which is also growing. You will have experience of training and developing a team previously and have a keen eye to identify skills gaps and areas for development in the team.
- Essential for this role is performance planning experience in an agency previously. Desirable is previous experience in new business pitches, presenting at industry events, promoting and championing your team internally and examples of collaborative work to produce strong award entries.
