Sphere Digital are excited to be working with an Aware Winning Global PR & Coms Agency. They are looking to expand their Health & Wellness department and are looking for a Strategic Insight Manager to join the team!
This person will report directly to the Head of Insight for the Healthcare department and will be responsible for in all research, analyst and insights on brand, marketing, advertising and social media performance.
- Support the Insight Lead in utilising data from multiple sources and report on real insights for clients.
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of statistics and be comfortable with analytical techniques.
- Experience using digital media, social media monitoring tools, web analytic tools and other relevant platforms
- Support the client teams and help to identify new opportunities, provide insight and direction in all new business opportunities
- Work with the Director of Data and Insights on the continued development of clients and service offerings throughout the business
- Min 5+ years’ experience in a Research or Insights role
- Proficient in a range of Research methodologies
- Extensive experience in using a range of social, digital and web analysis tools.
- Google Analytics and Social Listening tools such as Sprinklr, Brand watch etc Desirable.
- Proven experience of providing strategic and business specific insights.
