The Company
My client is an global media agency part of a holding company's digital transformation pod.
This opportunity is to manage the accounts SEO strategy and practices, and serve as an advisor for clients with the goal of evolving and elevating the agency's service in the space.

The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead SEO capabilities.
- Develop the SEO practices by implementing learning processes.
- Onboard and manage multiple clients with a wide range of budgets.
- Measure and report SEO performance to external clients on a regular basis.
- Understand agency's best practices and educate cross channel team members.
- Strategize to develop tactics to meet and/or exceed client's goals.
- Keep up on industry trends.
Experience and Skills:
For the role of SEO Account Director, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of SEO experience in an agency and 2 years of people managing experience.
- Understanding of all marketing KPIs and ability to work towards them.
- Strong experience with data analytics and SEO-supported marketing campaigns.
- Ability to read data and generate understandable performance reports.
- Proven ability to own all SEO efforts and provide exceptional mentorship to reports.
- Strong proficiency with various SEO tools and platforms.
- Understanding of coding languages and off-page rankings.
This role is remote for US East Coast residents.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
