Strategy Director – Media Agency/Marketing and Advertising

They are looking for a Strategy Director to join their team. They pride themselves on being fun, outgoing team who are hardworking and enjoy a challenge. As the leading digital agency they have access to the best technology in the business and therefore can maximise performance for their clients. The client is the market leader in ALL tech, and as such have almost bottomless budgets.

The Job

  • You will be leading a team focused on brand strategy, best in class planning across the entire digital landscape as well all traditional channels, and across many formats and business divisions
  • You will lead the client relationship with the managing partner, and build strong connections and conduct client reviews
  • Working closely with the in house data and technology teams with cutting edge technology you will use content and data to deliver connected consumer journeys across all digital channels
  • This role is for an experienced, driven and ambitious media practitioner to come on board and lead the team on a market leading tech brand. The role is hugely diverse working across multiple channels including display, social media, mobile, programmatic and search.
  • You will be required to take care and passion in inspiring and educating both clients and internal agency talent on all facets of digital, with activation and results – as well as drive a culture of digital learning


  • Must live and breathe Brand planning, and relish the opportunity to excel in the market with a client that knows no bounds and pride themselves on constant innovation
  • You must be adept at using data to inspire/validate planning and strategy without shying away from testing new ideas
  • You must already be at Account Director level with a wealth of operational digital knowledge as well as people management and development experience
  • Solutions digital can add to campaign planning as well as understand the paid, owned and earned ecosystem to help drive more connected and sophisticated delivery in non-paid environments
  • Good client facing communicator with some experience of presenting to clients and stakeholders
  • This is a fast-paced, highly demanding account – but it is best in class, and will afford you opportunities available nowhere else.
