Our annual Salary & Benefits Survey is back and this year we want to make it bigger and more insightful than ever, building on the success of previous years.
Why do we do it?
Last year's report gave us incredible insight into the salaries and bonuses across our core specialisms and also gave us a deep understanding of a number of issues, including; the reasons why people chose to move on from their previous role and which benefits were important to them.
How does it help?
Having access to this information is hugely beneficial not only for Sphere, but for the candidates and customers we work with every day. Having real salary bandings and bonus data has enabled our candidate network to find out their true worth and negotiate salaries.
It also allows our customers to ensure they are delivering in the right areas for their staff. Understanding what others are doing in terms of salaries, benefits and gaining insight into why people leave their roles has helped increased retention rates and improved talent attraction.
